We cover a lot of Keep Dancing Inc tracks at TMR – their latest is the addictive ‘Old Child’. It kicks off with retro synth sounds and crisp drums, before wandering into manic areas of electronica and catchiness. Alongside the track is a music video that keeps their trademark light-heartedness and nostalgic, electronic feel at its heart. “In this music video we decided to play with different aesthetics codes. Our idea was to play with two opposite worlds: a real and a digital one,” they explain. “We used some LED screens to bypass reality and expose a vacuum space in which the laws of physics are upset.” Their album, Embrace, is out now and is full of tracks just as exceptional as this one. -Dan Peeke
